Widely used as guides for spinning genny such as oiling roller, the unique product of Takao manufacture, utilizing the characteristics of low friction unique to titanium oxide, where almina ceramics can not be applied to. TCTE-85 is the grade in which conductivity is especially added.


Zirconia ceramics with high tenacity
TCAZ-20

Partially stabilized zirconia has tenacity which metallic materials commonly possess, so has characteristics of very low possibility to be broken, and is expanding its application field to blade, gauge and plunger and so on in place of metallic materials.


Low expansive ceramics
TTR-1

TTR has very high heat resistance and very low thermal expansion coefficient. Therefore it has superior property for thermal shock caused by rapid heating and quenching.
