Above all, in the manufacture of precision glass tubes by the vacuum molding method, we are presenting at a low cost a large quantity of high quality products unrivalled by the other competitors. This is the glass tube fabricating the inside diameter to a high precision by use of a metallic die, where the dimensional error of inside diameter can be processed to several micron meters. This high dimensional precision glass tube that realized the cost reduction and productivity enhancement not comparable to the conventional polisling process can flexibly respond to the polygon forming in addition to the circle tube centering around the inside diameter of 5~100 millimeters and the length of 50~300 millimeters (the products outside this size can also be manufactured).
These high accuracy glass tube materials have thus far been utilized in the diversified application fields such as the cells of air damper and spectrophotometer, and we believe that they can respond to all kinds of needs.

Our company is manufacturing the glass tubes that can be processed to the outside dimensional
tolerance of several tens of micron millimeter to several hundred micron millimeter centering around the outside diameter of 0.1 millimeter ~ 10 millimeter and the length of 300 ~ 1,000 millimeter (the products outside this range can also be manufactured) as various precision glass industrial parts, and we can flexibly correspond both to the diameter and length.

This glass tube has been molded on the basis of the outside diameter by the drawing-out forming method after thoroughly studying and analyzing the material characteristics owned by the raw material called the glass and after utilizing the characteristics, and is manufactured by the manufacturing machine incorporating a high performance laser system outside diameter measuring device that was developed uniquely by our company. The stable quality to the level of dimensional tolerance to 1/100 in both the outside and inside diameters as well as the vast cost reduction have been realized, and in addition the glass tubes can respond to the unlimited size variation. Further, in both aspects of delivery time and lot, it
has become a large special feature to be able to flexibly respond to a mass production from a small lot production within a short period.
